キャサリン・ウォーターストン（Katherine Waterston、1980年3月3日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国の女優。

キャサリン・ウォーターストンは、アメリカのニューヨーク大学ティッシュ・スクール・オブ・ジ・アーツで演技を学んだ後、2004年のテレビ映画『Americana』でデビューし、2006年にブライス・ダラス・ハワードが初監督を務めた短編映画『Orchids』に出演。
そして、ジョージ・クルーニー主演の2007年の映画『フィクサー』で長編映画デビューを果たした。
2014年、ポール・トーマス・アンダーソン監督作『インヒアレント・ヴァイス』で、ホアキン・フェニックス演じる主人公の元恋人役に抜擢され、一躍注目を浴びるようになり、その後、2015年のダニー・ボイル監督作『スティーブ・ジョブズ』ではApple社の創業者スティーブ・ジョブズの最初の恋人クリスアン・ブレナン役に、2016年の『ハリー・ポッター』シリーズシリーズのスピンオフ映画『ファンタスティック・ビーストと魔法使いの旅」ではヒロインの魔法使いポーペンチナ役にそれぞれ大抜擢されるなど、大作への出演が続いている。
