トビー・ジョーンズ（Toby Jones, 1967年9月7日 - ）は、イギリス生まれの俳優・声優。

英ロンドン出身。父は俳優のフレディ・ジョーンズで、母も女優。マンチェスター大学とパリの演劇学校でドラマや演技を学ぶ。1991年頃から舞台俳優として出発し、「オルランド」（92）で映画に初出演。TVドラマや映画に多数出演し。
