ビル・プルマン（Bill Pullman, 本名: William Pullman, 1953年12月17日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国ニューヨーク州出身の俳優。イングランド及びオランダ系アメリカ人。父親は医者、母親は看護師。大学卒業後にモンタナ州立大学で演劇を教えるが、28歳のときにニューヨークに移り、俳優を志すようになる。ニューヨークやロサンゼルスで、様々な劇団の舞台に立つ。1986年に映画デビュー。代表作はトーマス・Ｊ・ホイットモア大統領を演じた『インデペンデンス・デイ』。987年に結婚したタマラ夫人との間に3人の子供がいる。
