大阪府生まれ。3歳頃に奈良県香芝市へ。舞夢プロ東京事務所所属。ハルナ幼稚園、香芝市立三和小学校、香芝市立香芝中学校、大阪女子短期大学高等学校、大正大学文学部日本語日本文学科卒。
父親は元プロ野球選手の吹石徳一。夫はシンガーソングライターで俳優の福山雅治。
