黒木瞳（くろきひとみ、1960年10月5日 - ）は、日本の女優、タレント、歌手、映画監督。本名、伊知地昭子（いちじしょうこ）、旧姓、江上。福岡県八女市（旧・黒木町）出身。所属事務所は2011年10月11日よりポエムカンパニーリミテッド。以前はグランパパプロダクション→オフィス稲垣に所属していた。
宝塚歌劇団の元月組トップ娘役。芸名は出身の黒木町（くろぎまち）に因んで、同郷にあたる五木寛之（八女市出身）が命名した。歌劇団在団時の愛称はショーコ。
