光石 研（みついし けん、1961年9月26日 - ）は、日本の俳優。福岡県八幡市（現北九州市八幡西区）出身。東海大学付属第五高等学校卒業。鈍牛倶楽部所属。身長173cm、体重63kg。血液型はA型。既婚。高校在学中の16歳のおり、映画『博多っ子純情』のエキストラのオーディションを受けたところ、主役に抜擢されてデビューした。淡々とした物言いと独特の笑顔が特徴。ちょっと癖のある人物からおっとりとした雰囲気を持つ人など多様なキャラクターを演じる名脇役として活躍している。一方で、2004年の『ユダ』、2012年の『あぜ道のダンディ』などの主演映画（前者はビリングは2番目）でも存在感を発揮している。
